Unpacking My Library
The essay connects back to observations of changes of the nature of the archive, the collection, which we encountered in several texts we read in previous weeks (G. Battchen, A. Sekula). It also links to "Utz," the recommended book for this course that also has the notion of the collector at its core.
Provide a couple of examples with which Benjamin describes his personal passion for collecting books.
In 1968-- which assertion did Nam June Paik make about the recording of electronic music?
How does Manuel Delanda describe datapoesis?
